What made you get into the Fitness Industry?

I was working in construction and always had a big love for fitness. Realised one day on the site that I did NOT want to do this for the rest of my life, literally no passion. So I thought, what is the one thing I love: train and workout. So what better way to do what I love then to coach and train people to become the best version of themselves! 9 years later and I still absolutely love what I’m doing and being at Boss is the best place to do it - doesn’t even feel like work.

Whats your favourite session to take?

Barbell. I really like the small group setting and love teaching a new skill and technique to people. Watching these guys progress with their lifts seeing as most of them hadn’t done Olympic lifting before to then being able to perform Clean & Jerks is very satisfying. Also, watching people go for PB’s on their main lifts such as Squats and Deadlifts is unreal!
