What made you get into the Fitness Industry?
My own self discovery journey. From self hatred to self love, I learnt to build a strong relationship with myself both mentally and physically. I want to be able to help others unlock a higher level of self love and confidence within themselves. I want to show people that they are strong and are able to do hard things. Additionally, growing up I always loved all forms of movement and physical activity, and still do, which also sparked my desire to wanting to work in the fitness industry.
Whats your favourite session to take?
Strength. I love taking strength classes the most as my favourite form of movement is powerlifting (squat, bench and deadlift) and lifting heavy weights to failure. The strength classes at BOSS Gym incorporates these which makes me extra passionate to take the strength sessions and show members what’s to love about it too!
