Strength - Our strength class follows a 4-week template that resets every month. We designed it so our members can perfect technique, remain consistent with lifts and easily track progression. We allow members to book into either ‘Upper’ or ‘Lower’ body to ensure they target both muscle groups throughout the week.
HIIT - High intensity interval training; the short, sharp stuff. Intended to target the anaerobic system, our HIIT sessions will leave you sweaty and satisfied. Expect brief intervals of hard efforts with rest in-between.
Endurance - These sessions work aerobically in large time frames (40 minutes). Consists of many movements and different forms of cardio, always at a steady pace with the intention of minimal rest. For those that love big, gruelling workouts - this one's for you.
