What made you get into the Fitness Industry?

I became a trainer because I have always loved helping people and I’ve always loved the gym. I figured I’d join the industry where I can do both simultaneously.

Whats your favourite session to take?

My favourite sessions to run would be strength. Strength training was where my passion for the gym started, so I love helping people move the weights and make sure they don’t get injured while doing so.

Top 3 exercises?

My favourite 3 exercises at the moment would be:

1. Dumbbell Shoulder press

2. Weighted dips

3. High to low machine chest fly

Whats your go-to meal after a workout?

Favourite post workout meal would have to be a chipotle chicken my muscle chef with cottage cheese. Heaps of protein and tastes great too.

Rev-Up Song?

My favourite rev up song(s) has gotta be Runnin by Ludwig Göransson, ft. A$AP Rocky. I absolutely loved the creed movies (my favourite movies of all time) so I just imagine I’m Donnie creed when I listen to that. Although, if I was to say something that more people would know, I’d definitely say Till I collapse. You can’t go wrong with that. It’s just a staple hype song.
