What made you get into the Fitness Industry?
I believe that everyone has untapped potential, and seeing someone discover their own strength and ability to push beyond what they thought possible is why I love what I do. Fitness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a sense of self-worth. There’s something so special about being able to connect with people on a deeper level, helping them achieve things they never thought possible. I’m in this industry because I truly care about people’s well-being, and I love seeing others grow stronger, both physically and mentally. It’s about more than just fitness—it’s about creating a community where everyone feels valued, capable, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.
Whats your favourite session to take?
My favourite session to take is endurance. I love the strategy behind it—thinking about your pace, controlling your breathing, and figuring out the order of your training. It’s all about efficiency and pushing your limits, both physically and mentally. What really excites me is seeing someone reach that point where they finally understand how to manage their output, and they are able to complete a workout they once thought was impossible.
Top 3 exercises?
Assault Bike: I absolutely love a long cardio ride on the assault bike. It’s all about pacing myself the entire time without stopping, which gives me a real sense of control and accomplishment.
Leg Extension: This one is great because it doesn’t cause me any pain and I believe people can really push themselves with minimal risk of injury. It's perfect for building strength safely.
Burpees: I know, I’m a bit of a weirdo, but I actually enjoy burpees! They’re challenging, full-body, and get your heart rate up quickly. Plus, there’s something satisfying about the mix of strength and endurance they demand.
Whats your go-to meal after a workout?
My go-to is always pasta, as long as it's not spaghetti.
